Since our founding in (DATE), we’ve offered high-quality dance training in a supportive, creative, and safety-focused environment. Our experienced faculty inspires students of all ages to grow—not only as dancers, but as confident, well-rounded individuals.

At Contempo, our dance studios are equipped with professional-grade flooring to help prevent injury, while viewing windows give parents full visibility into every class. Whether your dancer is just beginning or preparing for competitive opportunities, we provide the structure, encouragement, and expertise they need to thrive.

FAQs


  • When can my child start dance classes at Contempo Dance Center?

    We offer classes for children as young as 3 years old. Our preschool classes introduce ballet and tap through imaginative movement and rhythm games. We also provide beginner classes for ages 5–6, and more structured technique classes for older students.

  • We communicate with parents through email and text alerts, and our front desk team is available at (281) 724-1984 to answer any questions. We also encourage families to follow our social media accounts for the latest updates.

  • Contempo Dance Center follows a dress code to promote focus and unity in the studio. Attire varies by class—for example, ballet classes require leotards and pink ballet shoes, while hip hop dancers wear comfortable black dancewear and clean sneakers. Details can be found on the Studio Policies webpage. Most dancewear items are available for purchase at the studio.
